TTS PRESIDENT
Anthony L. Beaulieu is the CEO of TTS, Inc., owner and operator of Texas Tech Solutions and AustinTexas.Net (Internet and Commerce Service Provider for Texas). As founder of the company, he is an integral part of a professional team that services over 650 businesses in the Central Texas area and over 600 individuals who depend upon TTS for computer and Internet services. Austintexas.net focuses on website hosting, website design, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Internet marketing.
Mr. Beaulieu is responsible for overseeing the direction of the company and depends heavily on a competent and reliable staff to do what sometimes seems impossible and always seems like too much. Mr. Beaulieu is also a published writer under the pen name, Dr. Data. He has appeared on numerous news shows on local and regional television broadcasts and his articles appear in publications such as Austin American Statesman, Austin Business Journal, Tech Connected, and Austin Monthly.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
- PCs and laptops sold by TEXAS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (TTS) COME WITH a one year parts and labor warranty.
- Parts and accessories other than consumables such as batteries, toner and ink, sold by TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (TTS) carry a one year manufacturer’s warranty, and we will honor the manufacturer’s warranty if longer than one year. Consumable products do not include any TTS warranty, but may be warranteed by the manufacturer.
- Installed software may not be returned. Any issues caused by customer abuse are not warranteed, however, the company will assist the client with any issue involving the computer and related software and hardware at an agreed charge for service.
- TEXAS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (TTS) offers prompt repair or replacement of any product found to be defective within the warranty period. All returned items must be received in original condition and will be tested before credit is issued. Products returned as defective and found to be functional will be subject to a service charge.
In the event an item that has been purchased from TTS is determined to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion at no cost to the purchaser.
- We must receive the product before a replacement will be shipped.
- Computers or laptops returned without restore disc cannot be processed and will be held pending receipt of the original or replacement software.
- PLEASE NOTE: Items returned as defective and found to be functional are subject to a service charge.
- For items returned as defective and found to be functional, a refund less a service charge will be issued for the original price of the product(s) minus testing fee and the cost of shipping.
- TEXAS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (TTS) does not offer refunds on labor, including installation, repair and consulting services.
Any product may be returned to TEXAS TECHNOLOGY SOLUTIONS (TTS) within 10 days of the purchase date at the purchaser's expense if the product was ordered incorrectly or is simply no longer needed.
Note: Customer Service must be contacted within 10 days of purchase.
- Item(s) must be received in original condition.
- Item(s) should be securely packaged.
